Mercedes Morris, a Rio Rapids 04-03 Girls Academy alum and 2022 graduate, made the most of her college debut at the University of New Mexico on Sunday. She had a pair of assists in UNM’s 4-2 win over California State University-Bakersfield. In addition, Mackenna Havenor (99-00 alum and 2018 grad), Karlee Maes (99-00 alum and 2018 grad) and Sophia Roberts (00-01 alum and 2019 grad) all started in the game. Dalis Bruce (01 alum and 2020 grad) and Alix Hailey (00-01 alum and 2019 grad) also played and contritubed to the win. Congratulations to all of these players!
