Cassie Boren, Rio 97G
Cassie Boren, Rio 97G, was recently named New Mexico Gatorade Player of the Year in 2014. Cassie has been a member of the 5 time state champion Rio 97G and will be continuing her soccer career at Texas Tech University in the Big XII Conference. With a 3.9 GPA Cassie has also excelled in the classroom as well as on the field and is also very active in her community service work. Cassie joins a long list of Rio Rapids SC female players to win this prestigious award.
